Yesterday I made something in my kitchen and then I did something I wish I’d done years ago.
I took that item and traded it for a three year old this weekend….
I blame it on post-election blues. Or the vacuum left by the sudden dearth of holiday activities. Or the emotional aftermath of Snowmaggedon (which left us housebound for days on end)….
This time of year is always an interesting one….
If there was ever a time we needed to get away, it was this past week….
